The Victor is a landmark development on Auckland's North Shore. A stones throw from the beach, the sophisticated building combines modern style with a relaxed, costal way of life. The branding, taking all this into account creates a contemporary feel complimented by a ‘beachy’ vibe.
The brochure, a key component of the marketing strategy combines beautiful, full page imagery of the area & building with layered blue transparencies creating a sophisticated yet relaxed feel. The website carried through the brand concept creating a clean, ultra modern design with transparent blues & layered elements.
